I also have heard the Name Sledge Boone come up in a few of my Boone conversations. I am trying to connect a Sledge Boone Jr. to Sarah Boone (His Daughter). She Married Jesse Harbin of Georgia. The problem is that I also had Family records/history that indicates she was a child of Nathan Boone. I am still working on the real father for Sarah but right now the only FACT I have is that Sarah was a Neice of Daniel Boone. I have written and supported proof of that but nothing to support the Sledge Boone claim; I have talked with other researchers about this and all I've heard was that Sledge Jr. was Sarah Boones father. Could Sledge Sr. be another brother of Daniel? So many new questions to figure out. Please tell me what you have on Sledge; and maybe we can solve the puzzle. I'd be happy to E-mail you my GEDCOM file. Please send me any info you have.
