Donna,
Edwin's father was James Milhollan Boone and his mother was Joanna Embrick Weirick. James was born abt. 1829. Joanna was born 1/31/1842. James' father was also James M. Boone and his mother was Margaret Miller. I have no dates. Edwin had a sister Emma McCaskey Boone who was my grandfathers mother. Emma married David Moore and they had my grandfather Theodore Moore. Have you ever heard any of these names?
