Can't help you on YOUR Boone--but I am also looking for a Catherine Boone--or perhaps Katherine Boon. The info I have says she was born in County Down Irland, came to N.C. and md William Dickson,prob early 1800's. Moved to Lumpkin Co. Ga and raised family of five boys. I descend from Wm. Dickson (have more info on him, none on Catherine). If this sounds familiar please e-mail me. Need all the help I can get.
