Please check my posting of 4/25/01 for info on the family of "the" Daniel Boone. My guess is that yours is an early offshoot. Also, the early spelling in records here was "Boon" with no "e" on the end. My Welsh Morris immigrants accumulated Morgan and Boon(e) relatives through marriages in Bucks and Berks Counties where the Boon(e)s first settled.
