Dear Carole,
I didn't follow Hannah Hughes' background, but I do know that her parents were George Hughes and Martha Boone, and that all of my family that was related to the Boones were from Pennsylvania and stayed there when Daniel Boone and his family left and went farther south and west. I believe Hannah Hughes was from Pennsylvania originally also.
