I am trying to find the parents of my 5th
G.grandmother Rachel Boone. Some researchers have her birth as 1750 and others 1746.
The only Rachel Boone I have found b.1750 was the daughter of James Boone ,uncle to the famous Daniel Boone. Records say that she married a Wilcoxson or Wilcockson in 1768. I have seen other reference that the Rachel Boone ,daughter of James Boone was b. in 1746. I want to find my Rachel Boone but am very confused on differing birth dates and both claiming she married Wilcockson/Wilcoxson! Is there anyone who can help with this puzzle. Brice family claims her as theirs and it is in DAR index that Samuel Brice was m. to a Rachel Boone.
Their daughter Mary Brice married my 4th G.grandfather James Harrison in Bourbon county,KY in 1793. Thanks for any help!!
