The book is Colonial Settlers and English Adventurers, Abstracts of Legal Proceedings in 17th Century English and Dutch Courts Relating to Immigrant Families, by Noel Currer-Briggs. I believe it was originally published in England, but published in 1971 by Genealogical Publishing Co. in the U. S. I have found it in most of the libraries where I have visited. The baptismal record of Richard is on p. 341.
