I am a direct descendent of Richard Booker, by his second wife, Hannah Hand Marshall (Booker). It would appear that the Glovers and Bookers had tobacco interests and personal connections in the Virginia Colony, in London, and now, in Amsterdam as well, something which has been surmised prior to this by various references to Dutch dealings, but not confirmed. I will share your post with interested Booker relatives. Thanks again for sharing this important news - are the seventeenth century Notorial Records of Amsterdam online anywhere?
