Henry George Booker 1835-1892 England
I am the great great grandson of Henry George Booker (b.circa 1832 in Paddington in what is now London). According to the 1881 Census Of Great Britain, Henry was a fishmonger and his cousin, Charles A Booker, was working in his shop. At the time, the family was living at 74 Chalk Farm Road, London and the household included Henry's widowed sister-in-law, Charlotte Perry (43) and a servant, Emily Miles (14), from Newport Pagnell.
Henry married Mary and they had 4 children : Arthur, Mary, Alice & Nybert.
I am trying to establish Mary's maiden name and the identity of Henry's parents. I would also like to know what happened to his children. If you think you might be able to to help or simply wish to know more about these people, please get in touch.
