I found this name in the public member tree of Ancestry.com.
The tree was posted by the Booher Family.
I have a record of my G-G-G grandfather being born in Louisiana between 1800-05 and eventually residing in New Jersey between 1830-60.
The original surname was MAISON and he was of French background.
