Looking at info available, your Joseph H. Bonney is the son of Isaac Bonney Jr. and Elsie Alice J. Newell. Isaac Bonney Jr. is in all probability the son of Isaac Bonney Sr. and Betsey Godson (Isaac Bonney Sr's 1st wife being Abigail Robinson). And Isaac Bonney Sr. by most accounts is the son John Bonney and Hannah Gould - and so on (this line seems fairly well documented and runs way back).
The "Jr." tag on Joseph H. Bonney may be in reference to an uncle or great uncle - not an uncommon practice back then. As to Joseph H.'s wife, this note is found in one of Bonney family files:
"Marriage Data found in "Oxford County Marriage Returns" Prior to 1892", indicates Louisa J.
(Hatch) Bonney, of Peru, and Joseph H. J. Bonney, of Sumner, married in Peru on May 19, 1861
by John E. Jenne, J.P."
