DICK: sorry about that. i have a problem that some would call a handicap. i can either type all upper case or all lower case but it is very painful to keep going back and forth. i used to use all upper case but some lady came at me with fire on her breath and told me i was yelling.
in the future you may want to ask why someone does something before putting you foot in your mouth or wherever.
i am so sorry but i used to be a speed typist but no more.
