Jessica,
I live in north Mississippi (Corinth). I found the area you mentioned on the map. I have information about Bonners coming to Mississippi starting about 1810 in Pike County.
My GGGgrand father Josiah Bonner (son of Colonel Thomas Bonner of Roebucks brigade (SC)) Moved to Pike County in about 1810 where he joined his brother Willis. From here Josiah moved to Madison County where a good many of his children were born. He then moved to Rankin County for a few years and from there moved to then Carrol Parish in Louisiana (around Oak Grove and Forest areas) My gggrandfather was born in Madison county and Married there before going to LA. Josiah Bonner scattered children from Madison county to LA. (Some are as far north as Memphis, TN).I have a family tree as far back as 1690. I don't have Willis' family but at home (I'm at work) I have a list of Josiah's children. Let me know if this interests you.
Thanks
Earl Bonner
