DoOn't be cautious! Take the chance. The big step. Milton Forsyth did the work on the Dewey family, so if you find a Dewey family webpage - he'll be it. I saw his name as I was going through the pages, but I think I have his email, too.
That's the place, what we now call Tuttle's Corners. When I lived there it was Exit 9, but because of the Bayfront Highway coming in there now, the highway department has changed numbers. But that was their space. Betsy and Luther Stone (Betsy Lee's mother and step-father) lived on the corner lot at the original four corners there. Betsy was active in the Methodist Church in Wesleyville. Luther was kicked out in 1833. You might check with the Methodist church for marriage records, if you can pry anything out of them.
The rest of the Lee family lived down Station Road (Route 430) toward what we now call Gospel Hill. I am scanning George and Philinda's family page that appeared in the 1876 Atlas of Erie County and can send it to you - I see you sent me a regular email. I respond to one at a time.
