Arnoldus, William, and Sallie Bonneau

I am interested in any information regarding A.E. Bonneau or William Bonneau in Orange/Beaumont, Texas in the late 1890s or early 1900s. William Bonneau disappears from the DeSoto Parish, Louisiana Census after 1850 and does not appear again until the 1900 in Orange, Texas with an A.E. Bonneau (possibly his son). Arnoldus Bonneau was married to Margaret Carroll (of Louisiana). They had children sons named Boland, Carroll and Nollie and daughter Sallie. Am unsure of Arnoldus' middle name. Could have been Charles or Emile. His death certificate shows his father as A. Swinton Bonneau of France. It is believe that Arnoldus was born in Mobile, Alabama. Any and all information or discussions of possibilities would be appreciated.
