This is the same family. Willie Elbert Boney did many Roxie Leona Williamson, whose mother Willie Lavonia Grigg Williamson had married Thomas R. Bonin, James/Jim Bonin/Boney's brother.
I know that James wife was Laura. There is a marriage record of James B. Bonin to Laura F. Johnson in Harris Co. at the time we believe James and Laura ? married. Could this Laura have been a widow, with a maiden name of Johnson, then a widowed name of Head? Or vice-versa?
Would appreciate any comments you have. My daughter is married to the great grandson of James Bonin and grandson of Willie Elbert Boney.
Do you know where James and Laura are buried? I know that they spent some years in Hill Co., TX, but returned to the Harris Co. area.
