Can't help much, but Stephen REED and Alice BONHAM are my gggg-grandparents. They had a daughter, Hanna, who married Noah Thayer probably in 1823 in Clark Co., IN and lived in or near Brookville, today a part of Indianapolis, IN. I can go DOWN from there but sure haven't found anything else on Stephen or Alice, except that Stephen's father may have been Nathan who was born in NJ about 1734. I also have info on a possible son of Stephen and Alice...a Benjamin who married Sarah Dickerson. But I did a stupid thing and did not record where I got this info. So I have proved NOTHING. Will be happy to correspond with anyone on this family.
