When I was quite young I was told also that the James brother's were related to our Bonham family. My Grandfather had told my father that he remembers a family reunion in which I believe Frank had attended. I too was unable to find a link. But until Amy's posting, I hadn't heard of anyone else mention this possibility. The story evedently has been circulating and has been passed down some of the Bonham lines. Maybe someone within the James family had married someone in the Bonham family and he was a perifial guest at the time.
