Black is Fannies husbands name .Jaspers father [my grandfather] His father was Powtan married Sarah Taylor She was born Feb. 25,1834 died Oct.15,1912. 78 yrs old. She had a brother who was a teacher ///But that would be a Taylor so forget him.Have more on Uncles . Wilbur was born April 4 not certain until i look it up But the year was 1894 Married 5,12.1919 to Frances Claudeen Spencer who is still living will be 100 June 10 99 Let me know if you get this. Jerry Waters is Wilburs grandson my nephew
