I have part of a copied letter from the "Society" to a relative who is no longer living. Unfortunately she didn't list who wrote the letter, the address, or date, so I'm assuming she meant the Genealogical Society. There is a small part in the letter listing a William Bonham. From the letter; "An Elizabeth Wild, spinster, was married to William Bonham, weaver, both of Banbury, on 8th July, 1805, witness Geo. Giles." My ggg-grandfather was Thomas Sanders, born in Banbury, Oxfordshire, England. The reason the above was meantioned in the letter, Thomas Sanders 2nd wife, and my ggg-grandmother was Elizabeth Wild/Whild. Thomas & Elizabeth married 06 Aug 1808, in Banbury, Oxfordshire, England. I have wondered if Elizabeth Wild from above is the same one who married my ggg-grandfather. If she isn't, at least the information of Elizabeth's marriage to William Bonham is here for someone who is connected. ~~~Teri~~~ Notify Administrator about this message?
