Okay!
Now that is good documentation of original sources in NJ archives proving a Mary Bishop having lived in NJ in time period which would correspond with 2nd marriage of Hezekiah Bonham. But, where are the original souces proving said Mary Bishop indeed married Hezekiah Bonham?
Am not speaking of quotes from compiled family histories but of original sources.
There IS a a record from Suffolk England, showing that George Bonham, gent. married Marye Byshopp, 18 Dec 1598. That documentation eliminates another theory that it was George Bonham, the emigrant, who first married Mary Bishop. George the emigrant would not have been born at the time, as he set sail from England on the Philipp in 1635, age 31.
