Hello; I am a decendent Of Bonesteel, You said you had a captian Bonesteel, Was his name Jacob?or James.the year is approx 1800 to 1834. The name are Frank Bonesteel,James, Egbert,Charlie.Charlie died went a tree fell on him.I hope we can help each other in some way Thanks.P.S. The name was changer over the years. I have sellings Like , Bonestell,Bonesteell, Bonstel.Bonesteell is more common.
