Hello Lee,
Thank you for the names of Peter Bonesteel's siblings. Familysearch.org indicates that Friederich died before 1800. No information about the death dates for the other siblings, including Peter are given, except for Margaret, who is listed in the 1880 census as being 80 years old and widowed. Her residence is given as District 1, Hurley, Ulster County, NY. I don't know whether you had this information. Hope to continue hearing from you, if you come across more information concerning Peter Bonesteel.
