So sorry to be so slow in answering this but I havn't visited this site for a while. My easiest answer is that the 1800 census for Penn. shows 8 Boners, 6 Boughs, and 9 Boughers. The 1810 census shows 2 Boners, 3 Boughs and 3 Boughers. My ancester was Peter Boughner but his father immigrated as Johnn Martin Buchner in 1753 on the Rowland.
