I am researching the Greene County Bones of that period. My greatgrandfather was Stephen Bone Gray, son of Sarah Bone and George Gray.According to some sources Sarah had a sister Maryborn about 1823.Their parents(according to some sources) were Thomas Bone and Eleanor Turner.
According to those sources Thomas is the son of Valentine Bone. There is a lot of conflicting information on the genealogy sites and I have not yet confirmed much with hard evidence from other sources. When I put Robert Cameron into the Family Search site I get his Mary Bone as being born in New Jersey.
