Clara, This is a long shot, but possibly my great grandfather, Lewis John Bone, and your great grandfather were cousins. Lewis John Bone, born England, had a brother Cornelius.
Children of Lewis were Charlie and Winifred (my grandmother). Winifred's children were Neil and Marjorie Jean (my mother), born 1924, oddly enough she married a Stanley.
