Wow! Please forgive me, as I don't have the book, nor am I up on Bone history. I am a beginner on this stuff.

Yes. The connection is William Bone m. Margaret Houston. You are from their
son John A. Bone. I am from their son Thomas. Their family was William,
daughter, James, John A., Henry, Jane and Thomas. Thomas left Pennsylvania
with some of his children and went to North Carolina, then Tennessee and maybe
back to NC. Son Hugh went with him to TN, after marrying in NC.
