John Bone, Sr. believe lived 1728-1766 died in Nash Co., NC. May have married Mary Polland of Chesterfield Co., VA daughter of Thomas Polland. John Bone, Jr. believed to have lived 1746-1828. Most of that time in Edgecombe & Nash Co., NC. Married Elizabeth Winstead. I am doing research on this family to reprint my book previously written in 1988, and would appreciate any information. Allied families: Taylor, Winstead, Ballard, Pridgen, Poland, Ricks, and Mason.
