Depends on which Richard you are interested in.I am assuming you are referring to the Richard Bondurant/Bundren born in 1812 in Virginia. There is another in my records born in 1942 in Illinois and one born in 1970.He was the son of Claibourne Bondurant and his wife Mary.I have no idea what her last name might have been.He had two brothers, George C, born 1808, and James, born 1810. Married to Mary Miller, his daughter Lucinda is my great great grandmother. In 1850 he lived in DeKalb County, Alabama, "Next door" to Claibourne Bondurant/Bundren.He died some time before 1870, as Mary is listed as head of the household in the 1870 census taken in Johnson County Illinois.Their children were Eliza J. born 1831 in Tennessee, Isaac G. born 1833 in Tennessee, Charlotte born 1836 In Tennessee, Sarah Ann born 1838 in Alabama, Lucinda born 1840 in Alabama, Claibourne born 1843, John L. born 1845, Mary born 1847, and James born 1848.I don't have anything on where the last four were born.
