All of you people who are lucky enought to know that you belong to this Benjamin/John/
Joseph Bond line that were in N. C. then Wanye Co. Ky. etc.I have some information on John Bond, Jr. son of John Bond and 2nd wife Elizabeth Beeson.
John Bond Jr. m/ Hannah York in Randolph Co. N.C. in 1817, then moved to Clay Co. Mo. then Nodaway Co. Mo. they lived near the James Brothers in Mo. and one of their sons
was killed by Frank James (Brantly York Bond)
John Jr. had children, Eli, Uriah, Balaam,
John W. William Fletcher, Brantly York, David A. James H, Most lived and died in Nodaway Co. Mo. He served in war of 1812. and
received land, all of his children were born in Guliford Co. N. C. and were still there in 1830 census. they are buried in Swan Cem.
Nodaway Co. Mo.I am still searching for any connection to my 3 Bond brothers who claimed to have been born in 1830/39 in Cumberland and Clinton Co. Ky.James C. and wife Kizzie Keen Bond
died in Blanchard OK John B and wife Caroline
Pruitt died in Christian Co. Ky. and my grgrandfather Elzie Bond and wife Laranie Riddle died in Logan Co. Ky.
