My husband is a decendant of Joseph Bond. I am also interested in how you found his brother, Edward. I recently found a site which stated the lineage back 3 generations after Edward, Joseph's grandfather in England. How much information do you have at this period? I have some info here and there. There were quakers, left England for religious freedom. In Penn they were in Bucks Co. but then moved to Guilford Co. NC to the New Garden MM with the Quakers. They went to Tennessee because they were kicked out of the quaker church. They moved to Ky and then to Montana, then to Idaho and then to California where my father-in-law and my family now live.
I would love to know what you have about the bonds in PA, I would be glad to share what I have with you.
Hope to hear from you soon.
