Mary Robinson Brooks Bolton was my great great grandmother and married John Bolton. She was born in Ainsworth. Her mother Susannah, was the daughter of William Robinson of Isles House, Padiham and married Noah Brooks of Ainsworth. Mary and John had several children and lived at 1 Fishpool Street, Bury, Lancashire. I am following the Bolton side of the family. I know that John's mother's name was Elizabeth and his father's name was joseph, who was an excise officer based first of all in Denbigh and then in Woodbridge Suffolk. John was a member of the board of improvement commissioners and owned a bleach works in Bury. I would be very interested to know if anyone has more info. Many thanks - Roy
