GA; Early1800's Charles L; Thomas W. m. Elizabeth
I've been trying to track down any Bolton relatives, and recently acquired an old (1819) copy of Ewell's Medical Companion from eBay.From the scans on eBay, I could see the Bolton name written in several places:Charles L. Bolton, Thomas W. Bolton (who was married to Elizabeth). When I rec'd the book and found it apparently contains info only on Georgia Bolton's, I thought I'd check the forum for anyone who might be related...my Bolton lineage is from Henry & Nancy Mann Bolton of VA, KY, and westward.I don't know of any branch of my lineage that went to Georgia. There looks to be an Isaac Barnes (?) written in the book also.I know that Thomas W. was married to Elizabeth, as one of the entries reads "Anjalina daughter of Thomas W. and Elizabeth Bolton was born 14 of Aug 1830."There is some handwriting that I just cannot read.Hope this might help someone...perhaps Charles or Thomas was a physician??Or this book may have been the family medical resource...I know this was one of the primary medical books used in the US during the early 1800's.
