Wm. Bolton in Brompton Falls, Can. 1861
I am not related to Boltons, but have access to an old ledger (later 1800s-early1900s) belonging to Alexander Beaudoin/Boardway and his wife Olive Morell stating they rented two rooms in Brompton Falls to a WILLIAM BOLTON, beginning 8-13-1861.He was apparently still there on Oct. 26 and the following Jan. 2.The Beaudoin/Boardway family from whom he rented were from Three Rivers, Quebec, but in the later 1800s went to New England.
I don't know anything whatsoever about William Bolton other than the one-page entry in the Beaudoin-Boardway ledger.Thought perhaps this info might be helpful to someone.
