I accidentally came across your post while researching the following couple: Pierre Belin (Belyn) and Suzanne DHariette. They show up in the vital stats on Bob Billard's great website at
http://ancestralcurios.com/vital_statistics.htm
First entry below is a baptism, the other two, marriages.
1689 Apr 21; Daniel Potreau, Marthe Cousseau; Daniel; Pierre Belin, Suzanne DHariette
1691 26 Apr; Pierre Belin; Susanne DHariette
1699 28 Oct; Pieter Belyn, laest wid Susanna d'Haritte; Mary de Key, jd van N. Yorck beyde woonende alhier
I think there is a strong chance Pierre was the brother Isaac Billiou/Billau/Bellin (The usual variety of spellings, but also errors made by transcribers who see "in" or "n" in place of a "u".)
1684 25 Nov; Isaac Billau, ym, born at sea; Ida Sueberingh, yd fr Midwout, L.I. [Proven by will of father and own will]
1708 Oct 19; Isaac Bellin; Daniel (b 9/1); Pieter Praal, wife Maria [Marie is Isaac's sister, and Pieter Praal her known husband.]
