I have just discovered that I am related to this family and I see that there are some problems. This has been my hobby for 40 years and from my experience I can see where a lot of researchers are trying to force Pocahontas into their tree. I am going to start with the below and put in my 2 cents for what it is worth. This is just a work sheet and I will be changing it as I go along.

The Blue Bollings for what ever reason seem not to be related to the Col Robert Bolling 26 Dec 1646 Clan so in my next post I will delete them.
One possibility but just a guess is that some time some Indiana like Col Robert Bolling and even though was not related to him used his name
and later these pre-Melungeons appeared, but again just a wild guess. I will not delete for my next post the Blue Bollings. I will leave all
discussions of this family to others for I am not interested in them. Charles in PA
