Hi, Jorge,

I came to the U.S. when I was 11 years old. I am doing my family history which is mainly from Bolivia. So, I can help you a little. You need to know where and when your parents were born. With that established as a basis, you can search out the records. I will e-mail you with more stuff so I don't take up so much space here. But, count on the little I do know to help you out.
