Hi Sarah:

I don't have information about your family, but my brother and I were classmates with Marcelo Valencia Collazos and one of his brothers in La Salle High School (Colegio La Salle) in Cochabamba, back in the sixties. I presume they were sons of Edmundo and Violeta, and very likely Marcelo is either your father or your uncle, isn't he?
