I would like to ask you both, where are these Georges, Henrys, etc., born? Interestingly enough, my grandfather's name Now, the interesting thing is that Sam have sons he named George W. Boling, William, and others. That I got from a grand uncle, William, up around Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and his son Walter. Even if George W. Boling born 11-29-1845 is not a brother to Samuel H. Boling b. August 1847, he is most likely a cousin. As I said, they all travelled a lot in those days, there weren't 10,000 Bolings, as there are today, and Pennsylvania is close to Ohio, as, Mississippi is close to Texas. We have a long tradition of family living half the year up North and the other half down South, usually near Boling City (Boling/New Gulf), Texas, outside of Houston, Texas, to the West. I have been working on the family history since the late 60's/early 70's. I've been to the College of Arms in London where I've spoken to the Queen's Herald, the Herald of Windsor, who showed me the actual DomesDay Book, and the entries for the Boling family. I have a lot more history, but some missing links, such as the father of Samuel H. Boling, born August 1847, Ohio. I could also use help on that lineage. Tj
