Hey Jackie,

My Dad is Robert Boling of Chatsworth GA, his father was William E. Boling of Chatsworth, His father was William Marion Boling from North Carolina , who was the son of another William Boling who was part Cherokee and was a main player in the peace treaties between whites and Cherokees. He had several children. So did each of his children and grand children. There are thousands of us. And what makes it so hard to reseach is that so many are named William or Robert....lol. I know we are probably related. The Cherokee William Boling had I think 8 children....each of them I believe had at least 4 to 8 and each of theirs had around 6 each. Father Abraham had nothing on us...lol.
