I am looking for my Gouldman ancestors. My grandmother was MARY ELIZABETH GOULDMAN (b. 10-7-1916 in Terre Haute, IN, d. 10-10 1962 in Terre Haute). She was the daughter of LEWIS or LOUIS GOULDMAN (b. 10-7-1897 in Sanborn, IN, d. ? ? ? ?) and Helen Thomas (b. 12-10-1899 in Asherville, IN, d. 10-14-1979 in Terre Haute).
This Louis was the son of another Louis Gouldman b. July 1871 in IN. His wife was Anna ???? who was born July 1876 in IN.
No one know anything about either Louis. The younger Louis is said to have died in the 50's in a MI VA Hospital, but I haven't been able to verify that yet.
Any of these names sound familiar to anyone else researching Gouldmans?
