I know what you mean about the Boley's re-using names. I do not know how we are connected, however, I know we are even if it is with a very weak link. I had an Aunt Edith that past away a few years ago. I do feel that when things did not favor the family name that they changed names to hide the fact that Boley's were human just as everyone else. The names I am familar with are as follows: George, William, James, Edward, Elias, Anderson, Ellen, Edith, Lewis, Annie, Ella, Rita, Tom, Bob, etc. I am from Colorado as are a lot of the people I am speaking of. My branch also has family in California...my direct ancestors lived in CA for a time.
