Looking for father of Henry Bowling b ca 1805 KY
MARTHA ---- BOLIN married 1823 in NC; Children: SANDERS b. 1843 NC; ELIOT b. 1843, NC; HENRY b. 1844, KY; ELISIA b.1849 KY; SARAH, b.1851, OH; WM, b. 1856, Ohio.
MARTHA/children listed in 1860 Fed Census, Lawrence CO, Ohio.
Henry Bolin was inducted into the Union Army ... medically discharged in Alexandria,
VA, when Armistice signed. Henry's name changed to Bowling in Union
records...from that day forward this was the spelling for this branch of the family. Henry floated down the Mississippi to M0, Wayne Co...stayed there several years, married Emeline Clark .. moved.. listed in 1870 MO Springfield, Green Co Fed Census.
.. also four children: Martha, Twins : Wiley and Almeada,and Emit . Henry/Emaline moved to Kansas ..Clyda born. Henry's pension followed him from Ohio, to Missouri, Kansas, Dakota Territory finally settling in Nebraska.
