I have some information that was sent to me in 1988 on Brantley B Bolen and his family. He didn't fit into my Bowling line but I kept the paper. I'm not sure where you are now in your research but I would be glad to share what information in in the paper. Brantley B Bolen born about 1807 in SC apparently eldest child. Name also spelled Brant Boulden. Married 1st Emily McNutt January 14, 1830 Lawrence Co AL. No children. Married 2nd Mary Ann Caroline Aldridge December 1, 1836 Lawrence Co AL.There is some information on Brantley's brothers and sisters. Said to have lived in Chesterville (named for the place they came from Chester, SC-I don't know if they mean the Bolen's or not). His wife is buried there at a family cemetary. She died November 16, 1881. Brantley has no stone there but is said to have died there later in the 1880's. Maybe some of this will help you. If you want more, let me know.
