Letitia VanBibber's 2nd husband was Arthur Bolen. May have married in southern Mo. or nothern Ar. They had at least 3 children. Cynthia, Mary Elizabeth and Joseph. What happened to Arthur Bolen? Who were his parents, where was he from. Mary E. is my great grandmother. Her 1st husband was Moses Fisk and 2nd was Rufus Alexander Smith, my great grandfather. Any clue appreciated.
