I do not think this Wesley is the son of William Wesley but is a cousin. The birth and death dates do not agree. The one she is looking for was born in 1898 and died in 1928. Here is the notes that I have on W.W. Bolding's Wesley.

Notes for Wesley W. Bolding
May have been called Fester by some of the family. The Marriages of Lawerence Co Ar book 1902-1920 list a W.W. Bolding (20) marring a Oma Dailey on 12/29/1912.
They may have to use the census soundex for 1900 and 1910 for Arkansas. The number for Bolding is B435, There is several boldings in Darion county for this time and are most likely children and grandchildren of Marion J. Bolding. I hope this helps.
