Hi!
I am always on the lookout for more descendants of the Rev. James Boisseau and hiw wife, Sarah Holmes of Virginia.
Rev. James came to America in 1689. He died before 1713.
I am descended from two of his grandsons.
From his grandson James 1736-1785 married to Anner Fitzpatrick d.1797,
their daughter, Susanna 1777-1847, md. Benj. Hatcher 1775-1815, and then from their daughter,
Martha A. Hatcher 1801-1874, who md. Richard Archer in 1821 and
then from their daughter,
Delia Susan Archer 1825-1865
Also from James and Anner's son,
Benjamin Boisseau 1769-1845, who md. 1st Mary Eppes,
from their daughter,
Thyrza Holt Boisseau 1797-1827, who md. Lemuel Holt Vaughan in 1817, from their son,
James B. Vaughan 1823-1868
Now, Delia S. Archer md. James B. Vaughan!
Also descent from Rev. James' grandson, John Boisseau 1747-1791, who md. to Martha Goodwyn,
their daughter,
Mary Goodwyn Boisseau 1770-1799, md. Peter Vaughan b.abt.1750-1816, their son,
Lemuel Holt Vaughan 1794-1826, mentioned above.
