I have a George W. Boice that appears in the 1880 census in the home of his father-in-law, Joel D. Hough, in Birch Run, Saginaw County, MI. He lists both his father and mother as born in NJ. His wife, Irinda Hough Boice, was born in Canada, but both her parents, Joel D. and Elsie, were born in New York. For the prior 2 census, 1860 and 70, the same Joel D. Hough was listed in Rochester P.O., town of Avon, Oakland County, MI. Looking for descendants of their children (there may be more) William H., Florence M., and Jennie E. Boice, and any other information on the family. Any connection?
