Rresearching the Abraham and Anna Maria Bohrer family of the Frederick, Maryland area. Particularly looking for any ascendant connection for this family as well as any Bohrer Georgetown MD/DC connection in the 19th century.

I am descended from John S. Bohrer who lived in the Damascus, MD area with his wife Louisa Duvall Bohrer in the mid to late 1800's. John S. Bohrer was son of Benjamin Bohrer and Matilda May Fendley. Benjamin owned a livery business in Georgetown. An indenture record lists his father as Abraham Bohrer (married to Deborah Unknown). In Georgetown at that time, this Abraham had to be the son of John Peter Bohrer and Maria Magdelena Schenkmayer Bohrer. John Peter Bohrer was son of the Abraham and Anna Maria Bohrer mentioned in the Subject Line of this message.
