Checked through by notes again and can't find any proof of marriage. All references are from the newspaper article. I don't have a William Ransdell m. to a Bohon. Here are the ones that I do have.
Fielding (Fielden) Ransdell m. Peggy Bohon
Zachariah Ransdell, m. Nancy Bohon. Both are daughters of Walter Bohon and Judith Threlkeld and both married in Mercer Co., KY.
My Bohon connection comes down through Daniel Bohon who was the son of Benjamin, Jr. and Sarah Threlkeld. He has been a fun one to track. Always on the move and so far have found 5 marriage records on him. His daughter Sarah Bohon was my g great grandmother.
I don't know much of by Reed family. Denica Reed, who was born in 1813 in KY (don't know what county) was the mother of Robert N. Jackman. Robert Jackman was the husband of Sarah Bohon. Denica was the daughter of John Reed, b. 1782 in KY and Hannah (last name unknown), b. 1784 in KY. Have really researched this line. What I know comes from an article written in a history book of Montgomery Co., IN found in the library there. An interesting find was that Sarah Bohon was left at the age of 15 with David Willis and Mary Reed. Mary was the sister of Denica. Don't know why. Just assumed that these families knew each other from KY. As Daniel Bohon left KY and arrived in Montgomery Co., IN by 1820 as he purchased land there in Oct. of 1820.
Someday going to figure all of this out.
